Specification Review
Our team reviews your brief, confirms feasibility with our Thailand manufacturing partner, and returns a detailed specification sheet within 3 business days.
Quotation & Tooling
We issue a formal quotation covering unit price, tooling cost (if a new mold is required), sample cost, and lead times. Tooling is a one-time cost.
Sample Production
Pre-production samples are manufactured and shipped to you for approval. Typical sample lead time is 3–4 weeks from quotation acceptance.
Sample Approval
You review samples against specification. Revisions are handled in a second sample round if required. Written approval triggers bulk production.
Bulk Production & Delivery
Bulk production runs 4–8 weeks post-approval depending on order volume. Goods are shipped FOB Thailand or CIF US port per your preference.
MOQ, tooling cost, sample timing, and bulk production lead time are all confirmed per SKU — no blanket promises. Every quotation is matched to the exact product, mold route, and destination market.
